Service Fulfillment Policy
All consulting, software support, SaaS configuration, research, and marketing-technology deliverables are provided digitally through email, scheduled meetings, written reports, strategy documents, configured software tools, dashboards, testing updates, and approved project milestones.
Service fulfillment may include discovery sessions, implementation planning, SaaS account configuration, workflow automation, web application support, API connection support, documentation, reporting dashboards, troubleshooting, and ongoing digital operations support.

Techone Consulting INC provides Software-as-a-Service setup, software configuration, technology consulting, workflow automation, web application support, cloud tools, integrations, reporting dashboards, technical documentation, and ongoing maintenance services. Because our services involve professional time, planning, configuration work, development support, testing, documentation, software tools, and customized digital deliverables, refund eligibility depends on the project stage.
Project Deposits
Some projects may require a deposit, setup fee, booking fee, or upfront payment before work begins. Deposits may be used to reserve project time, begin discovery, configure software tools, prepare documentation, or allocate technical resources. Deposits may become non-refundable once work has started or project resources have been allocated.
Cancellations by Client
Clients may cancel a project by sending written notice to Techone Consulting INC. Cancellation requests must include the client’s name, project type, and reason for cancellation. If cancellation occurs before work begins, the client may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on the payment type and any costs already incurred.
If cancellation occurs after work has started, Techone Consulting INC may retain payment for completed work, planning time, technical setup, documentation, third-party costs, administrative time, and non-recoverable expenses.
Monthly Support or Subscription Services
Clients enrolled in monthly SaaS support, maintenance, consulting, or technical support plans may cancel by written notice. Cancellation requests should be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing date. Services already provided during the active billing period are generally non-refundable.
Digital Deliverables
Refunds are generally not available after digital deliverables have been provided. Digital deliverables may include configured software tools, dashboards, reports, documentation, automation workflows, web updates, integration work, access credentials, or completed support tasks.
Third-Party Software and Vendor Fees
Some projects may require third-party tools, cloud hosting, software subscriptions, API usage, templates, plugins, or vendor services. These third-party costs may be non-refundable once purchased or activated.
